companies' satisfaction with the services provided by their Registrars
and Depositary Banks. We also conduct shareholder and share plan participant
satisfaction surveys on behalf of companies. Companies often have
their own perception of the services provided by their Registrars
or Transfer Agents, but rarely know exactly how their shareholders
rate the service they actually receive. A better understanding of
a company's relationship with its shareholders and share plan participants
can be achieved through such surveys. |

UK Registrars' Benchmarking Survey 2005 and 2006 The results of the UK Registrars Benchmarking Survey 2005 and 2006 are available now. The Survey will be useful to companies in assessing the level and quality of service provided by their own and other Registrars. It will also be a useful tool for Registrars wishing to benchmark themselves against their competitors. We believe that, over time, this Survey will lead to a general improvement in the overall level of service provided by Registrars to companies and their shareholders.
